NOC:Analog Circuits -Video course
COURSE OUTLINE This course is an introduction to amplifiers usingtransistors. Students will be introduced to MOStransistors, their characteristics, techniques forbiasing them, and amplifiers using them. Thebasic transistor amplifier stages are seen asrealizations of different controlled sources usingnegative feedback. Small- and large-signalcharacteristics of each amplifier will bediscussed. At the end of this course, studentsshould be able to recognize and analyze thebasic amplifiers and biasing arrangementsusing MOS or bipolar transistors.
