We are all instructed since we are youngthat we need to keep healthy to
enhance our performance in everydaylife. However, to be healthy doesn’t
depend on the food we eat, exercise isanother aspect that we also
need to consider.For me, you can exercise
everywhere, park, home, road and etc. There is no specific place for
exercising. What you really need is a determination to exercise.
