Dear Dr. Robinson:

It appears that Greene Community College has had yet another successful year, congratulations.

As always, we are favorable to Greene students and look forward to hosting interviews and

selecting interns for this upcoming semester.

InfoTech has the opportunity to host this year’s company-wide sales meeting. We are bringing in

all 200 of our sales representatives and their families for the weekend, including some Greene

Community College Alumni. This meeting happens to fall on the same date requested to host

your graduation. Due to this large sales meeting, building constraints, and limited parking

InfoTech will only be able to host our sales representatives on May 17th.

We do not want our event to hinder the success of Greene’s graduation so we took the liberty of

researching a couple different options for you. InfoTech has worked with both locations and we

assure you that either are great facilities and are both available May 17th.

We value Greene Community College students and look forward to holding interviews for

scholarships and hosting next year’s graduation as well. Greene Alumni will continue to grow
