Back-to-School Day
More than 600 children attended the event. 87 haircuts were given by local hairdressers.
Backpacks stuffed with school supplies were
given to each child compliments of Wal-Mart.
235 children received medical screenings
compliments of St. Vincent’s Hospital and Baptist
Hospital.
Books for each grade level were
donated by Books-A-Go Go.
The Colgate dental van
provided dental screenings
for children 12 and under.
Children had the opportunity
to have their vision checked
with Vision is Priceless.
Approximately 5,000 items of
clothing donated by Dignity U
Wear were distributed.
THE PLAYERS Center for Child
Health properly fitted
children for new helmets.

Over 1,000 pairs of new shoes
