A day in the life of a Sales Enablement Manager and an Account Executive

Juan, a Sales Enablement Manager, needs a quick way to test the sales teams knowledge about some pricing scenarios. He has received feedback that they are confused.

With little time to dedicate, Juan jumps into the pricing course and creates a new multiple choice quiz using the new streamlined quiz option.

Quick and easy, the learner received the quiz as part of their learning program. Most do the quiz from their mobile device while they’re on the road.

Juan sets up an intelligent agent to trigger an email to anyone who did not pass the quiz. He does a practice run before the intelligent agent runs and sees that a lot of his team did not do well.He sets the reply-to address so that they can reach out to him directly if they’d like to write back to him.

The Intelligent Agent sends an automated message to all team members who failed the quiz providing a different method for explaining and testing the pricing options.

The message lets them know about a virtual classroom session where they can join and get an overview of the pricing scenarios. During the session he does a poll to pinpoint the source of confusion. He then shares a file in the session so that the participants can keep it as a reference.

After the virtual classroom session, the participants need to submit a video assignment that asks the team to demonstrate their knowledge.

Using the YouSeeU Video Assignments technology, Juan is able to review the teams individual recordings and provide specific time-stamped feedback at points within the recording.
