• Switchoffandunplugatpowerpointbeforecleaning.

Cord storageConvenientandclevercordstorage,turnthebaseofthegrindertoretractthecordandsimplypullthecordoutforuse.

• Foragoodcupofcoffeeonlygrindtheamountyouneedforimmediateuse,asgroundcoffeequicklylosesitsflavourandaroma.

• WiththeSunbeamAutoGrindercoffeebeanscanbegroundfromarangeofcoarsetoaveryfinegrind.Therequiredcoffeegrindwillbedeterminedbythebrewingmethodusedorstyleofcoffeedesired.Thedifferentbrewingmethodsinclude;

• Donotleavecoffeebeansorgroundsintheopenair,forbestflavouralwaysstoretheminanairtightcontainer.

• Excesscoffeebeansorgroundscanbestoredintherefrigeratororfreezerasbydoingsowillslowdowntherateatwhichthecoffeereactswiththemoistureintheair.

• Whengrindingmorethan12scoopsofcoffeebeans,pourbeansintocover,thenturnthegrinderupsidedownandlockontothecover.Besuretoalignthearrowonthelid/coverwiththe‘unlock’graphicontherearofthegrinderandturnthecovertotheleft/lockposition.

BeforeusingyourSunbeamAutoGrinder,wipethestainlesssteelgrindingbowlandbladescleanwithadampclothandwashthetransparentcoverinwarmsoapywater.Drythoroughly.

Note: Allowtodrycompletelybeforeusing.

1.PlacetheAutoGrinderonadry,levelsurface.

2.RemovethecoveroftheAutoGrinderbyturningittotheright/unlockposition,thenliftstraightup.

3.Usingthemeasurementsonthecover/lid,fillwiththedesiredamountofcoffeebeansandpourintothegrindingbowl.Alternativelyscoopthebeansdirectlyintogrindingbowl.

4.ReplaceandlockthecoverontotheAutoGrinder.Alignthearrowonthelid/coverwiththe‘unlock’graphic,ontherearofthegrinder,andturnthecovertothe

left/lockposition.

5.Holdtheplugandpullslowlytoreleasethestoredcord.Plugthepowercordintoa230-240VACpoweroutletandturnthepower‘ON’.

6.Selectthestyleofcoffee(Percolator,AutoDrip,Espresso)andslidethegrindselector

tothequantityofgroundcoffeedesired.

7.Pressthe‘Power’buttontocommencegrindingandthenremovefinger.TheSunbeamAutoGrinderwillstopautomaticallywhentheselectedgrindisachieved.Tostopthegrindcycleatanytime,pushthe‘Power’button.Whenthe‘Power’buttonispressedagain,thegrinderwillstartfromthebeginningofthetimedcycle.

Important: Donotremovethecoverbeforethebladeshavestoppedmoving.

8.Oncethebladeshavestoppedrotatingunplugthecordfromthepoweroutletandremovethecover.GentlytapthebaseoftheAutoGrindertoloosenthefreshlygroundcoffeefromthestainlesssteelgrindingbowl.

Note: TheAutoGrinderwillonlyoperatewhenthecoverisinthelockedposition.

Using your Sunbeam AutoGrinder

Do not immerse the motor base of the AutoGrinder in water.

Do not place the AutoGrinder in the dishwasher.

1.Whenyouhavefinishedgrinding,unplugyourAutogrinderfromthepoweroutlet.

2.Usethesoftcleaningbrushtocleanaroundtheblades.Carefullywipethegrindingbowlwithasoft,dampcloth.

Important: Usecarearoundsharpblades.

3.Washthecoverinwarmsoapywater.Rinseanddrythoroughly.WipetheexterioroftheAutoGrinderwithadampcloth.

4.HoldtheAutoGrinderandturnthebaseinaclockwisedirectiontoretractthepowercord.

5.Thestoragecontainerandbrushshouldbewashedinhot,soapywater.Rinseandletdry.
