FEMA BCA Resources

The main FEMA BCA page is here: http://www.fema.gov/benefit-cost-analysis.

Here is more information about the three main points I talked about for BCA updates:

1) The environmental benefits policy memo is linked from the above page, but can be accessed here: http://www.fema.gov/media-library/assets/documents/33295?id=7759

It looks like there is a bad link to the Environmental Benefits Calculator (spreadsheet) from the main BCA page. It can be accessed here instead:

http://www.fema.gov/media-library-data/20130726-1920-25045-7738/environmental_benefits_calculator_v2.xlsx

2) Cost Effectiveness for Acquisitions and Elevations policy memo: http://www.fema.gov/media-library/assets/documents/34664

3) For the BCA policies and procedures that have officially incorporated into the current Hazard Mitigation Assistance Guidance, that document is available here: http://www.fema.gov/media-library/assets/documents/33634?id=7851
