We, at Athletic Mission baseball Academy, spend a lot of time watching video and figure out

how we can correct and perfect our swing. It is amazing what you find and excited to have

your clients observe things they see as well.

I got this idea after seeing Chris O’Leary work. A Great Tool!

This flip book does not have any of my notes listed in it as we observe this hitter swing and

how we would correct it.

All of my clients get one of these for pitching and hitting, with of course my notes included.
