Transcript of At Chili’s, we believe everyone should be · Peter’s Line of Thinking 1.Unbelievers will...

At Chili’s, we believe everyone should be themselves. And we know that

starts with us…

We started life in 1975 as a small burger shack on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, and now we serve burgers, ribs and fajitas all

around the world.

As we’ve grown, our menu has grown, until we ended up with 125 dishes…

but we heard you ask us a question: “Just because you can be everything to all does that

mean that you should?”

So, after a lot of self-reflection, we’ve realized something you may already know — in restaurants as in life, you just can’t be

everything to everyone…

…We’re cutting our menu by 40% so we can increase the quality and size of what we’ve always done best: our burgers, ribs, fajitas.

The roots that really make us, us…

The new menu launches on September 18th.We’ll see you there, and we’ll come as we are.

You should too. Welcome back.

For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and

pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world.

1 John 2:16

For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being, but I see in my members another

law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin

that dwells in my members.

Romans 7:22–23

Kalos came to mean “the total state of soundness, health, wholeness, and order, whether in external

appearance or internal disposition.”

…That which links the divine and earthly realms and which gives life meaning and an eternal

dimension.

We do not draw people to Christ by loudly discrediting what they believe, by telling them how

wrong they are and how right we are…

but by showing them a light that is so lovelythat they want with all their hearts

to know the source of it.

If possible,so far as it depends on you,

live peaceably with all.
