• Definition of a new folder structure for document storage

• Replacement of the current aspera-eu.org document section by a proper document repository with at least the following features:– Storage of public and private documents; only granted users can

download private documents.– Special users can be granted to upload documents– Search tool for documents

• Migration of the documents currently stored on the Plone intranet to the new document repository
