GEORGE IS A CURIOUS BOY, A TOO CURIOUS ONE . SO WILL MR. CRUZ SURVIVE ALL THESE QUESTIONS???

Story by: Lanz Anrik S. CaballeroEdited by: Hans Francisco F. AristeoIllustrated by: Miko Angelo J. Cate

This story is dedicated to kids who are afraid to ask questions about the things they want to know about their surroundings and life. But also to my Mom, HI MOM!

One day, George and Mr. Cruz are planning to recycle their old used materials, so they began, but suddenly George , pretty much just kept asking.

Well after all, he’s just a kid.

So Mr. Cruz asked for a box to put all the materials in.

George asked, “A square or rectangle?”

“Rectangle may do,” Mr. Cruz replied .

Then George asked once more “Old or new?” Then Mr. Cruz had in mind “ It’s going to be a long day” (Sighs…)

So the dad listened and listened…, he said “An old box would do…” Well you know the agenda, George asked again.

“LOOKING CLEAN OR LOOKING DIRTY?” THEN THE DAD SAID “YOU KNOW WHAT! LET’S TAKE A BREAK, GET ME SOME WATER…” THEN GEORGE ASKED “ TAP OR MINERAL?” THEN THE DAD BEGAN RAGING AND EXCLAIMED “IF YOUR GOING TO KEEP ON ASKING THEN I’LL ASK YOU!, SPELL… PACKAGE! THEN GEORGE SAID “PIECE OF CAKE.. B-O-X W-I-T-H S-T-U-F-F I-N I-T.. MR. CRUZ HAD IN MIND “MM…FAIR ENOUGH… SPELL… VASE!!!! GEORGE SAID: “ EASY…. F-L-O-W-E-R H-O-L-D-E-R”… MR. CRUZ HAD IN MIND “THIS KID’S OUTSMARTING ME…”

THEN MR. CRUZ THOUGHT OF AN IDEA TO TELL GEORGE SOMETHING THAT MIGHT STOP HIM FROM ASKING… HE SAID “IF YOU’LL KEEP ON ASKING, A MONSTER WILL COME AND ATTACK US! CAUSE THAT MONSTER HATES QUESTIONS AND CANNOT EVEN HANDLE A SINGLE QUESTION… A LOT OF IT!!!” AND GEORGE DIDN’T CARE AND ASKED “IS IT CUTE OR SCARY?”… THEN THE DAD WAS SPEECHLESS AND WALKS AWAY WITH REGRETS OF ASKING GEORGE TO HELP HIM…

AUTHOR : IS THERE GOIN’ TO BE A SEQUEL?AUTHOR: OHHH.. ALL BECAUSE OF THIS STORY I BEGIN TO ASK QUESTIONS!!!(WALKS AWAY, FACE PALMS AND VERY DISSAPOINTED)

Acknowledgement

I want to thank Miko Cate for helping me create the photos in this story. Also I want to thank Hans Aristeo for correcting my grammar errors, also T. Richelle and T. Ella. Mostly my mom because without her I wouldn’t be able to create this story.

Miko: “I used photoshop to actually design this story, please don’t credit me for this work. I just contributed to this story.”

Hans: “I should not even be credited for this just because I helped in his spelling and grammar in the story. But I’m good friends with the author.”

Lanz: “I got my inspiration of the story from shy people because I don’t just see their shyness in their faces , but I can see that they want to know many things in the world, but they don’t have the courage to ask. So I hope that this story can help them in any little way.”
