Mr. R.K.Modi, Chairman Cum Managing Director Founder Director of Ashiana
Group. Graduated in B.E (Hons) Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology &
Science (BITS), Pilani in 1972. Has been actively involved in planning and construction
of numerous housing projects since 1987.
Mr. Rohit Raj Modi, Director Graduate in B.Com (Hons) from Sydenham College of
Commerce and Economics, Bombay and Master Business Administration from Inter-
national Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. Has been actively involved in Busi-
ness Development, Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution of housing projects
since 1997.
Mr. Mayank Raj Modi, Director Graduate in B.Sc (Hons) in Business Management from
Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (IILM), Delhi in 2001. Worked in the
Software Sector at Bangalore and a short training stint at Llyod Marine, London. He is re-
sponsible for marketing, sales and corporate communications.

Garg Group is an India based multifaceted business group that has diverse interests
in sectors including Real Estate, Education, Steel & Publication and commands impec-
cable reputation and track record for more than five decades.
Landcraft is real estate vertical of the group known for reliability and trust for all its
stakeholders. The company hires best of contractors, architects and management
team to ensure timely delivery, safety and quality of projects undertaken.
The company has availed construction finance from PNB, HDFC, Kotak Mahindra
Bank, Syndicate Bank & OBC and all were repaid on time. Almost all the major home

Law and Management House: We regularly print books and reference materials
that cater to the Legal and Management vocations. We have also printed a book
penned by the Chief Justice of India.
Remadhav Publication: Prompted by a dearth of quality publishers for regional
language literature, Garg Group established Remadhav. It has published works of Kul-
deep Nayyar, Satyajeet Ray, biography of nawaaz sharif among others.

Mr. Manu Garg : Commerce graduate from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University and Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Management & Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. He is promoter cum director of the company and has experience of more than 20 years in the field of finance and management. He has been instrumental in shaping the Landcraft since its inception.
Mr. Lalit Jaiswal : Commerce graduate from Lucknow University, he is a promoter cum director of the company and has experience of more than 25 years in general administration, finance & corporate relations.
Mr. Gaurav Garg : Masters in International Business from UK, he has a corporate experience of 5 years. He has experience in marketing, construction and project man-agement.
Mr Raghav Garg : Masters in Management from London Business School (LBS), he looks after Finance and business development. He has worked with NGO's for 10 years including a London based charity run by Professor Michael Hay of London Busi-ness School. He focuses on affordable housing division of company.
