The idea is a park with a large area of greenery and water covered. Visual language would be morden design and materials combined with local plant landscape, forming a southen characteristic spatial, remind people of the original landscape of Saigon.

As Vietnamese loves food, Along with leisure cultural areas, junk food stalls and local handmade retails would attract city dwellers and tourists more than anything. Pedestrian bridge is also proposed to connect two parts of the park over Nguyen Thi Nghia Road, connecting pedestrians from Pham Ngu Lao street to Quach Thi Trang roundabout - Ben Thanh Market.

By interlocking spaces indoors and outdoors, the building is ambiguity between interior and exterior.Film projected in various spaces: basic indoor cinema, outdoor cinema, the build-ing itself is also responsible for the function of a giant projection screen.The shape of the building inspired by the messy old movie roll, landscape design ideas is a mimic of southen swamp terrain, all make the whole look soft, flexible and friendly.

7 Văn Miếu Model | History of Vietnamese Architecture

The gymnasyum appears to be gentle and healthy by both designed indoor space and form. Huge openings throughout the building circulate air to the surroundings.

Significant plantings combined with the outdoor stadium become an ideal environ-ment for the sports.

The use of bricks and perforated sheets of metal makes gymnasium look friendly than other modern materials like aluminum and stained glass panels. If this building were human, he would have more a tone asian body rather than a muscular one.

Unlike other building design projects implemented, this project is more about a calculation exercises which requires more work on standards in density, area, number of floors and coefficient used. On distribution of land, in addition to the floor and the area is reasonably calculated, the scheme requires solutions to the most beneficial toward climate (reduced sun thermal, air circulation designed based on downwind) and aesthetic (outlook)

The idea of the project is a surprise: commercial space with simple facade and complex interior: flexible space and vibrant colors within an simple aluminum cas-ing creating shadows on specific time of a day.

Design of the museum are inspired by interesting characters of 5 geographic regions of Vietnam. Floor height is set corresponding to the height of this geo-graphical regions. Interior and museum exhibits are designed with variety of procedures to meet the high volume of exhibition and ensure the excitement of visitors throughout their visits.

The story is set in the period of the industrial revolution in England.

A little girl in a rural middle-class families have a special relation-ship with nature. She unfortunately turned blind but her communication with the natural world remains.

Industrial Revolution turned the countryside into urban, her inter-action and feelings became turbu-lence. She’s lost. On a windy night of summer, she was awakened by the sounds from the old days, un-consciously, she run and find the way to the Secret Garden.

The designs in the course are based on the imaginations of the process of interacting with the se-cret garden from the story above.

The garden is always in Autumn with in all senses. The design are a combinations of studies about light, tactile, sound, smell. It’s damp, soft, mossy and fluffy with the smell of moist air and rooting leaves. The secret garden is hydrated through a pitcher plan as a water collector.
