Welton St. Streetcar Proposal in Five PointsLeese & Associates LLC 2012-2013Proposal to replace the existing Light Rail system along Welton Street in Denver, Colorado with a more pedestrian-friendly streetcar system.
Was responsible for documenting the existing conditions along Welton Street. Then drafted multiple variations of how streetcar could be implemented and improve the pedestrian experience along Welton Street.

Boulder Creek AuditoriumStudio One - 2008This intimate auditorium is designed to be adjacent to the park and garden space (previous project in the portfolio). The focus of the auditorium is to be connected to the creek and garden while cancelling out the noise produced by the streets on the east and south sides of the site.
