Initial resource types

Heritage Resource: Culturally significant places such as archaeological sites,

buildings, structures, shipwrecks, or any place regarded as heritage.

Heritage Resource Group: Culturally significant resources that are best

regarded as a group such as historic districts and thematic groupings.

People/Organizations: Persons or groups of people such as architects,

surveying firms, historical figures, and cultural groups.

Historical Event: Historically significant occurrences such as armed conflicts,

natural disasters and sporting events.

Activity: Actions that occur over a period of time such as surveys, investigations,

and excavations.

Information Resource: Objects that encode information such as images

(digital and analog photographs), reports, audio recordings, and 3D models.
