Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP) is Korea’s largest power generation company producing approximately 31% of the nation’s electricity supply with the mission of “enriching the lives of citizens and providing a foundation for the nation’s economic development through the stable supply of power”

KHNP owns and operates 24 units of nuclear power plants, 35 units of hydro power plants, 16 units of pumped-storage power plants, photovoltaic power plants and so on, having roughly 11,500 employees.

While safely operating nuclear power plants in order to eliminate the nation’s concerns over power supply, KHNP also aims to successfully construct new nuclear power plants.
