How it WorksYou put the cards on the table and take turns drawing from them.

If you draw an Exploding Kitten card, you explode.

When you explode, you die and you're out of the game.

Unless!You play a Defuse card, which will

stop the kitten from exploding using things like Laser Pointers, Kitten Yoga,

and Catnip Sandwiches.

OR.. Play various cards to skip your turn, attack other players, peek at the deck, or secretly relocate an Exploding Kitten card.

Diffuser Card #1

Your recently terminated employee reports you to the Wage And Hour Office because you are not in compliance with Wage and Hour laws.

Diffuser Card #2

Your employees are fighting because Sally is not working a full day (because cell phone/boyfriend/her mother/kids/she can’t do her job/she won’t do her job..) and the other employees are sick of doing her work.

Your office receptionist quits and you have been tasked with hiring a replacement.

Diffuser Card #4 The Student that has been rotating with you for the last two weeks is in a room with you and a patient. The student is not only giving the WRONG information to the patient but they are also frightening the patient.

The Office Manager runs the office. The Physician runs the office. The Spouse runs the office.

Our office really runs itself!

Diffuser Card #6The Physician in your office has been accused of sexual harassment and you have been tasked with investigating the complaint.

Diffuser Card #7ADuring an operation, you overhear another physician “hitting on” a student. The student is not rotating with you and you don’t know the other physician very well. The student shuts down the physician very well but you notice that the student appears rattled throughout the rest of the surgery.

Student does not shut the physician down. “Hitting On” is an understatement.

Diffuser Card #7BYou receive a call from your wife’s best friend that a provider “Jim” in your group showed her some inappropriate pictures of himself during her appointment.

You don’tsupervise Jim.

You dosupervise Jim.

You and your wife, the best friend and her husband and the Provider and his wife are all really good friends and vacation together. This sounds like something Jim would do, but you are all really good friends.

You hate your wife’s best friend, she lies, her marriage ended because of an affair and Jim is the most ethical and upstanding physician you know. You’re not just saying that because he’s your brother-in-law, ask anybody.
