Retail Precinct• Three and a half blocks of concentrated retail.• Includes substantial office buildings.• Four major projects will be complete by the end of 2017.• This will be the major turning point for the CBD.

All Cities need a Strong Heart• Initially we were building a donut city.• This has changed.

North of Cathedral Square is a Desert• We desperately need a convention centre• We also need parking buildings
