Task• This client decided
to enter the local market and was looking for a local representative responsible for business development
• It was planned that the employee would work from home.
• Candidates for this position needed to have good experience in business development, good understanding of the specificities of financial institutions, corporate finance.
• It was important that the candidate was able to conduct negotiations with people at a high level
Challenge• The client did not
have a legal entity in the region and did not know the local market.
• As there was nobody on the ground, the interviewing and decision making process took a while.
