1) Copy the picture from the Photoshop, to adobe flash file.
This is the simple flare background picture withthe title.
2) Copy the picture of the sword from the Photoshop, to adobe flash file so get it animated.
3) Once photo copied into flash file the photo had a grey background I’ve removed the grey background using rubber tool, and Subselection(A) tool, in order to use the sword in the animation with.
4) Place the sword in a position to create the animation. Changed it’s size and shape using transformation tool to make it the same size as the sword in the red image.
5) Decided how many seconds and frames the sword will take from the edge of the frame into the middle of the flare.
( FPS=Frame per speed )16 frames=1sec
47 frames = 2.9sec (16fps)
Key frame 1 (background -2% brightness)
Key frame 2 (background -87% brightness)
6) Adjust brightness level at the start and end of key frames.
7) Create classic tween, this option in adobe flash creates a moving animate between 2 objects in 2 different key frames over a section of frames. So the sword will move from the edge of the screen to the middle in 2.9 sec. And the background will fade in.
10) Frame 1 of explosion copied the image, broke it apart and edited it.Same process for the other frames only that for the other frame I had to convert the image into a symbol before editing it.
