I am very happy for the restaurant you are opening and i think it is a very good idea.For the traditional dishes one thing you could do is yougurt dish.It’s easy to cook and really delicious . Another speciality is dolma. It can be cooked in different ways because it is a family of stuffed vegetable dishes. I am sending you even the recipes so you can decide .

With regards to the music i do not think that those CD-s would be suitable.In my opinion you should play jazz music and in some occasions even traditional music.

I belive that those photos are perfect. They are typical of my city and they characterise my country . I really hope they create a warm atmosphere in your restaurant.
