Andrew Robbins is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a
member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Robbins represents public and private companies, financial institutions, investment firms, and
individuals in all aspects of white collar criminal and regulatory matters, complex civil litigation, and
internal investigations involving a wide range of issues, including alleged violations of RICO, the
Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, the False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback
Statute, as well as alleged insider trading, health care fraud, securities fraud, commercial fraud, and
obstruction of justice.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Robbins graduated from Emory University School of Law, where he served as director of the
Mock Trial Honor Society. In recognition of his oral advocacy achievements, Mr. Robbins was
selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers and invited to serve as an instructor in the
Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques at Emory University School of Law. Mr. Robbins was
also selected as one of Legal Services NYC’s “Top 30 Pro Bono Attorneys of 2014” for his
