This projectile was used in captured and converted Russian weapons that were originally horse drawn fieldartillery guns of 1900/02 pattern.

The projectile was made from steel and was 242mm long with a total weight of 6.86kg and a filling of .34kgof amatol with a ratio of 60/40. It was fitted with a K.Z. 11 Gr. Az fuze.

The cartridge case was of brass and contained 964gms of tubular nitrocellulose
