Considering the large no. of Habitation to be
covered in a time bound manner. The above
work has been bifurcated in to 3 packages,
summarized as below (Detailed as Annexure -
VIII).
Considered as per data available on the website of
Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation
(www.indiawater.gov.in).
If, during survey any additional habitation has been
found apart from the nos. given at the time of
award/nos. of habitation on the website of Ministry of
Drinking Water & Sanitation (www.indiawater.gov.in)
then the agency shall submit following details for these
additional habitations also as applicable to already given
nos. of habitations i.e. certificate duly signed and
stamped indicating name and details such as GPS co-
ordinates of such habitation from Gram Pradhan, also
copy of BPL card/ identity card issued by Govt. of India/
State Government to the persons residing in such
habitations indicating name of person, name of tola,
panchayat etc. shall be submitted along with
photograph/ details of Government Health Centre,
Government School mentioning tola, gram panchayat
shall be submitted. Acceptance of such additional
habitation will be at the sole discretion of RECPDCL.
Considering the large no. of Habitation to be covered in a
time bound manner. The above work has been bifurcated
in to 7 packages, summarized as below (Amended as table
B) (Detailed as per Amended Annexure - VII).

be opened sequence wise i.e. Package 1 first, then
Package 2 and so on, subject to meeting Eligibility
criteria mentioned. If a bidder found successful
for first two package, then the bid submitted by
the bidder for remaining packages shall not be
opened. The rest package(s), left shall be
awarded in the same manner to the successful
qualifying bidder from remaining bids.

The Bidder is required to submit the Time
Schedule/
Plan of implementation of the assignment as a
sample case for one district with details of
manpower & equipment’s deployment as per
Annexure-VI. The Time Schedule/Plan should be
prepared in such a way that work may start
within 01 days from the date of issue of work
order and inspection of network as per scope of
work/requirement of RECPDCL in the allotted
districts including submission of reports shall be
submitted within 30 days. Agency may propose
their milestone targets to complete the work
before schedule.
The Bidder is required to submit the Time Schedule/Plan of
implementation of the assignment as a sample case for
one district with details of manpower & equipment’s
deployment as per Annexure-VI. The Time Schedule/Plan
should be prepared in such a way that work may start
within 04 days (Mobilization period) from the date of
issue of work order and inspection of network as per scope
of work/requirement of RECPDCL in the allotted districts
including submission of reports shall be submitted within
45 days including mobilization period. Agency may
propose their milestone targets to complete the work
before schedule.

The payment will be made to successful Bidder
after the award of work, in the following
Manner: -
a)No advance payment shall be made
b) 100% payment will be released on submission
of final deliverables subject to acceptance as per
consolidate rate approved by RECPDCL.
c)Income Tax and any other taxes etc. as may be
applicable from time to time during the currency
of contract shall be deducted at source from the
running bill(s)
payment will be made on completion of all the works and
on fulfilment by the agency obligations under the contract
subject to acceptance by RECPDCL.
The payment will be made to successful Bidder after the
award of work, in the following Manner: -
a) No advance payment shall be made.
b) 70% payment will be released on submission of final
deliverables to RECPDCL.
c) 30% within 30 days from 1st payment subject to
compliance of any observations & Final Acceptance by
RECPDCL.
d)Income Tax and any other taxes etc. as may be
applicable from time to time during the currency of
contract shall be deducted at source from the invoice(s)/
bill(s)

Bidders may participate in all packages, subject to
meeting the Eligibility Criteria, but in no case, a
single bidder shall be awarded more than two
package subject to meeting Eligibility criteria of both
package. If a bidder found successful for first two
package, then the bid submitted by the bidder
for remaining packages shall not be opened. The
rest package(s), left shall be awarded in the
same manner to the successful qualifying bidder
from remaining bids.
Bidders may participate in all packages, subject to meeting
the Eligibility Criteria for particular package, but in no case,
a single bidder shall be awarded more than three
packages, subject to meeting combined Eligibility criteria
of all 3 packages. If a bidder found successful for first
three packages, then the price bid submitted by the
bidder for remaining packages shall not be opened. The
rest package(s), left shall be awarded in the same manner
to the successful qualifying bidder from remaining bids.
Further, in case the bidder is found successful in 3
packages than the bidder has to make sure to complete
all the work in parallel.
