✔ We, ITD Systems, develop and market Alvex. We don't work with customers, don't sell directly and don't implement Alvex projects on our own.
✔ If you are a system integrator or a consulting company, you can use Alvex in your projects. Your projects are your business:

✔ We, ITD Systems, develop and market Alvex.
✔ We implement new features and ensure compatibility with the newest Alfresco releases.
✔ We provide information and marketing support on pre-sales and sales stages.
✔ We provide technical assistance during implementation, including bug fixes if necessary.
✔ If you develop your own solution that uses Alvex, we provide developer support, including specification of upcoming Alvex releases, consulting on implementation of the required features. We also consider your requests on adding new APIs and interfaces.

The are two levels of partnership:
✔ Registered Partner
✔ begining partners with good competence in Alfresco
✔ Advanced Partner
✔ experienced partners with closed deals and existing customers

✔ Official partners can use both Alvex Community and Alvex Enterprise editions. But before choosing Community it's better to ask the customer does he need Enterprise features and vendor's support or not.
