Highlights:Co-founder of Akbayan in 1976.

I went to all the preliminarymeetings that included drafting our first constitution/by-laws andelecting our first officers. I filled out the paperwork required by SJSU Student Services to form a new

SJSU organization and personally obtainedthe names and signatures of the required number

of SJSU students (excluding Officers, I believe15 students were required to sign the

application). Active member of Akbayan’s first Filipino dance troupe called

“paru-paru”. Danced many dances like tinikling,Maglalatik, sakuting, banko.

Now? I am a finance/accounting/audit professional

having worked at many types of high-tech companies

in Silicon Valley. I can be found on LinkedIn.I am married and live in San Jose

(Evergreen area). We have two sons, one of which is taking his Masters at SJSU.
