• Sample : 44,48620,250 AC, 14,000 RC, 10,236 Civ

• Response Rate:24% AC, 31% RC, 37% Civ

• Margin of Error:+/- 3% or less on key items

Key Findings

Consistent and positive results on key indicators Job satisfaction, compensation, intention to stay with Navy

Enjoyment of job and benefits were top reasons to stayRetirement, healthcare or medical/dental

Deployment/mobilization duration and frequency were top reasons to leave

Fewer Civilians reported problems balancing personal life and career than did AC and RC Sailors

Civilians were less satisfied than AC and RC in career progression issuesCareer development, performance system, and promotion system
