Agenda1. What are workflows? 2. What can I use workflows for? 3. Where can I implement or trigger a

workflow? 4. Examples!

What are workflows?

A workflow is an automated action, or a series of automated actions, such

as the triggering of CRM Activities, emails, or changing contact data, that can be triggered by something else

occurring in your account.

So what can I use workflows for?

Automatically trigger a workflow when a contact is added to your group

Trigger a workflow “upon completion” of a CRM Activity

Trigger a workflow using your event’s “Check-In Actions”

Trigger a workflow when a client clicks on a link in your Link Library

Are you starting to catch my drift?

A workflow is simply a series of automated actions triggered by your clients’ interactions with your GreenRope account!

If you have a specific example of what your company needs, and you can’t quite figure out how to execute it using workflows, please contact the support team at support@greenrope.com

Okay, I am picking up what you’re throwing down! Where can I actually set these things up?

1. Automation tab > Workflow Manager (main account only)

2. Contacts tab > CRM Activities tab

Where can I attach a workflow to some other action in my account?

My four examples:

1. A contact is added to a group

2. A CRM Activity is completed

3. A contact is checked into an event

4. A contact clicked on a link you are tracking
