Introducción
El carcinoma renal metastásico (mRCC) es un tumor
resistente a los tratamientos clásicos
Tradicionalmente las terapias sistémicas contra el mRCC
estaban basadas en citoquinas (IL-2 e IFN-α)
Avances en el conocimiento de la biología molecular del
RCC han cristalizado en terapias efectivas basadas en
