Welcome to aio*

This guide gives you an overview of how to use aio* to manage your company expenses.Once you complete your personal profile we will send you your aio* business payment card.The payment cards integrate with the app allowing you to manage your expenses better. Request budget for activities upfront or be assigned funds by a manager, spend on your card wherever MasterCard is accepted – update the transactions with receipts and tags on the go. The old way of managing expenses is broken and this system makes collecting receipts, filing expense reports and paying out of pocket a thing of the past.

Quick Links

HomeYour dashboard shows you your current card balance and other useful information about your spend

1. Logout and get support from the top menu bar

2. Submit support tickets by clicking “Help”

3. Pick a subject and write a description

4. Click “SUBMIT ISSUE”

5. Use the bottom navigation bar to move around the app

Submit a new budget request1. Navigate to the “REQUESTS” tab

2. Click “NEW REQUEST”

In the pop up form -

3. Enter the amount you require

4. A short reason for the request

5. Include additional notes that may be useful in describing your request

6. If your team is managing multiple budgets, select the relevant budget from the drop down list

7. Indicate what time frame you need the budget within

8. Click “SUBMIT”

Your manager will receive a notification to review

View and cancel pending requests1. Click on a pending request on the

‘pending request list’ of “REQUESTS”

2. Click “CANCEL” to cancel a pending request

The request will be deleted from your request list and the manager will no longer see it

Manage your spend1. Transactions are detected in real

time and you can view them in the “spend” tab

2. Open a transaction

3. Add a photo of the receipt

4. Tag the spend to the request that the spend was approved for

1. It’s really important to do this to help your company track how much has actually been spent on a budget

5. Tag a spend category to help your business manage their tax accounting

Return the “change”If you have finished the activity it's easy to return change to your company

1. In “REQUESTS” tab click “PROCESSED REQUESTS” button

2. Click to open a processed request

3. See how much money you have tagged to the activity

4. Click “RETURN UNSPENT FUNDS”

The balance of the request will be returned from your card to the company float account
