Exchange Acceptance Notes – You are matched
Wiki
=
all about transferring knowledge
about AIESEC, leadership,
organizational development and
enable us to learn from others
In Search box, choose Wiki and type the keyword
Or
Go to Resources > Online Learning Center > Official Document Storage
Step 2: Move your cursor on AIESEC Programmes and select Global
Community Development programme. After that select ‘Browse Internship’
Step 3:
The page that will open will look like the picture below. Click on (show)
A list of AIESEC entities will be shown.
Step 4: Select the following countries: Brazil (as shown in the picture), India,
Mozambique, Mauritius, Malaysia, Italy and Poland.Select only the
main country name and the local committees will automtically get
selected.
These are the 6 main countries we are focussing on for matching.
Step 5: Now, change the earliest start date (the date when you
wish to begin your internship in the country) to between
12.11.2012 and 15.12.2012
(This is only a suggestion, you may change it according to
your own start date period)
Also, in programmes (on the right) select Global
Community Development Programme (as shown in the
second picture) and then click on search (in green)
Step 6: This is the list of all the possible options and internships in these
countries. Click on the TN code of whichever internship you are
interested in or would like to know more about.
Step 7: What will come up on clicking on the TN code is a TN form. This
form will provide all the information about the internship.
If you find that the particular internship is not something you are
interested in, close the TN form and select any other TN code you
might want to see.
If you find that the TN details are interesting and would like to
apply for the internship, see the email address of the person who
raised the form (on the right hand side)
You may email that person as shown in the next step.
Step 8: This is the email you should send the person who raised the TN form. Also,
every email sent to a TN raiser MUST be CCed to e.g.
ketaki.sodhi@aiesec.net.
The following picture is just a template. You may change things according to
your discretion. You can add questions, greeting or anything that you feel
appropriate.
Also, mention that the email has been CCed to your EP manager (that is
me)
You can send the email to as many TN raisers as you wish to. Although, try
and limit your options to 1 or 2 so that we can work on those with our full
energy.
