AIESEC in Poland Voluntary Projects – designed to provide leadership experiences while supporting Polish educational sector in students’ development. We strive for creating open, conscious and actions-taking leaders of tomorrow - ready for multicultural environment, dynamic labour market and entrepreneurial challenges. Let’s do it together!
AIESEC is the global youth network impacting the world through leadership development experiences. AIESEC has been facilitating youth leadership activities as well as international internships & volunteer experiences for over 65 years, developing a global learning environment across 124 countries & territories.
All schedules are based on 3 blocks:
2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks
The possible combination of EP’s working during internship:
2-week work for one stakeholder, 2 weeks + 2 weeks = Generally 4-week work for one stakeholder, 2 weeks+2 weeks+ 2 weeks=in general 6-week work for one stakeholder.

Generally, there are 3 main blocks of the workshops:

- Public or Private- Kindergartens, Primary School, Junior School, High Schools, Universities- Student’ age is following: to 6 years old, 6-12 years old, 12-16 years old, 16-19 years old

AIM OF THE INTERSHIP:
POLISH SOCIAL PROBLEM:
-Learning the basics of the culture and language through contact with a representative of anothernationality/ies- My country in the international arena
- EP checks the knowledge of participants every week- Showing the kid how to draw the country that it wants to visit- Teaching kids to dance a typical dance from the EP’s country of origin- Teaching the kids to sing a song from EP’s country of origin and understand its meaning.
- The kid learns a foreign language/ wants to do it.- The kid wants to visit other countries.
- EP checks the knowledge of participants every week- Showing kids how to search for basic info about the foreign countries (google graphics, wikipe-dia, books, etc.- Enabling kids to show as a scene or draw a picture of di�erent country character-istics (at least 2x)
- The kid learns a foreign language/ wants to do it.- The kid wants to visit other countries.- The kid is able to search for and �nd information about other countries and basic culture.- The kid is able to tell about basic di�erences between countries.
- EP checks the knowledge of participants every week- Showing videos of typical country customs and traditions, explaining their meaning, making the kids describe it with their own words- Organizing event for the parents at the end of the workshops’ cycle: kids performing scenes in English showing di�erent countiries’ traditions.
- The kid reacts positively to culture di�erences. - The kid does not think with stereotypes.

NEXT STEP
Enabling Polish students to manage their own �nances, start businesses and start investing their money - driving awareness , providing knowl-edge and know-how.
Young people not aware of the need to have basic �nancial education and they are facing both : low money supply and low quality education on the topic in Polish schools. Additionally there is the lack of one coherent system of education on �nancial topics. Young people’s start-up usually not surviv-ing �rst crucial 2 years – poor business planning. Young people not aware of basic �nancial factors and mechanism = lack of courage (~knowledge ~know- how) to invest in order to gain pro�t.
