AFROXLDS 2011 CAMEROON
AFRICAN EXCHANGE LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR is the biggest African conference, which takes place during one week with 250 students from universities and higher institutions coming from around 21 countries from Africa and abroad. AFROXLDS 2011 will start from 23 to 29March 2011 in Douala and Kribi, CAMEROON.

VENUE: HOTEL “LEPARADIS” : The AIESEC AFRICANEXCHANGE LEADERSHIPAND DEVELOPMENTSEMINAR will take place in a Hotel
called HOTEL LE PARADIS in KRIBI.
This main venue where delegates will be
accommodated and where sessions,
breakfast, lunch and dinner will be
delivered. Parties will also be held at the
same venue.
This hotel is one of the biggest hotels in
KRIBI and offers its guests events areas,
leisure, international restaurant, and a
complete infrastructure for big groups.
Open on the sea with more than 20KM of
yellow sand beach and beautiful waterfall
of CAMPO, KRIBI is a touristic town,
during seven days we will have the honor
to live in a hotel with modern and well
equipped rooms.
Opening ceremony: Wednesday, 23th March 2011
Start before the “Global Village” it is the conference which
officially open the AfroXLDS 2011. The Chair, MC, Facis
and the AI representative will pronounce the welcome and the
starting speech. It will take place at Douala on the 23th of
March and will have the attendance of all delegates plus some
authority’s representatives.
Global village: Wednesday, 23th March 2011
The global village is considered a unique opportunity where
delegates share their culture and experience (traditional dances
and clothes, roll calls, meals and others) with the public
compose by embassies representatives, organizations corporate
and none, Medias, students and other.
Global village of AfroXLDS 2011 will take place in Douala, the
economic capital of CAMEROON on the 23th of March.
Closing ceremony: Tuesday, 29th March 2011
It is sa So sad but this conference is coming to an end.
Therefore we will make it up by dancing and drinking
together throughout the night

VISA INFORMATION
I
The request for an ENTRY VISA to Cameroon can be made at any Cameroon consulate or embassy overseas.
Here is the list of things you need to have to apply for your VISA:
•A VISA APPLICATION must be filled
•A photocopy of your PASSPORT
•A round AIR TICKET for Cameroon
•2 ID pictures
•An individual INVITATION LETTER
•Visa FEE
Delegate who do not have Cameroon embassy in their country can get visa in the different borders of
Cameroon in their arrival, for it they may have the document below:
•A VISA APPLICATION must be filled
•A photocopy of your PASSPORT (sent one copy to the CC of AfroXLDS for the special authorization)
•A round AIR TICKET for Cameroon
•2 ID pictures
•An individual INVITATION LETTER
•Visa FEE
•And SPECIAL AUTHORIZATION to get a visa into the entrance (provident by the CC of AfroXLDS 2011)
