Last day for students to pay fees for winter semester courses without

incurring the late payment fee

Last day to add winter semester courses

Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 100% refund of

tuition fees

January 24, Thursday Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 50% refund of

tuition fees

January 31, Thursday Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 25% refund of

tuition fees. No tuition fees will be refunded for courses after this date

February 18 – 22, Monday to Friday Winter semester break begins at St. John’s Campus and the Grenfell

police studies, political science, religious studies, Russian, sociology, Spanish, gender studies 1000)

In their second semester, such students should be helped to select a degree program and to choose their courses

accordingly. For students who still wish to keep their options open, the above categories should guide their selection of

courses.
