The following original documents have to be couriered directly

to our address in Dubai:

a. Invoice in the name of Al Accad C & G Trading signed and

with the supplier's company stamp

b. Packing list/delivery note showing the number of packages

being shipped to us, net and gross weight in kilograms

c. Health Certificate stamped by the local Health Department. It

must contain the production and expiry date of each product

shipped to us in that consignment and state that the goods are

fit for human consumption. We need a new one for every

shipment.

d. Certificate of Origin stamped by the local Chamber of

Commerce

e. Copy of the organic certificate

Product Labelling:

a.. The name of the foodstuff (product name) For example:

ORGANIC SOY MILK

b.. The ingredients in descending order according to volume

c.. The names of all additives (if any)

d.. The Net contents (weight or volume)

e.. The name and address of the manufacturer

f.. The brand name

g.. The country of origin (it must say f.i. U.S.A. or Germany, cannot

just be the abbreviation of a state or so)

h.. The conditions of storage (if applicable)

i.. The method of preparation for consumption (if applicable)

We also need the production and expiry dates to be ink-jetted or

embossed on the packages in the following format

PROD- dd/mm/yyyy

EXP- dd/mm/yyyy

In addition, we need Arabic stickers on all items with the

following information:

a. Product Name

b. Brand Name

c. Net weight

d. Ingredients

e. Country of Origin

f. Manufacturer's name and address

Please make 100% sure that you are not shipping us any item

that have the word “Poppy seed”, "Wine", "Spirit" or

"Alcohol" mentioned on the Ingredients (even wine/spirit

vinegar is not allowed) as this is prohibited by law to be

imported into the country.

Shelf-Life

a. The supplier has to provide the code dates available for the

products prior to being shipped

b. It must be ensured that at least half the shelf-life required by

the importing country is left on the products at the time of

arrival at the port of entry otherwise the goods will be

rejected by Dubai Municipality.
