The Asian Development Bank (ADB), in partnership with the Philippine Inter-Collegiate Debating Championship (PIDC), University of the Philippines Debate Society (UPDS), and Plan International, will hold the Youth Debates in the 45th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors in Manila this coming May.
