AD Self-Service System Enrollment
Click on the following link: https://password-reset.edukgroup.com/showLogin.cc To register into the system, you need to Log on with your domain credentials (domain user name and password).
NOTE: First time using the system to change your password.

To begin your enrollment select the link Click Here
The system automatically redirect you to the User Registration Security Questions and Answers Here you need to choose 2 pre-define security questions and create 3 question by your own.

Once you answer all question click the “Save button”. Note: you can change your security questions every time you need.
Go to the Verification Code tab and add a secondary email to receive your validation

How to change your password using AD Self-Service System
Note: The system will give you 2 minutes to complete this step, if time runs out you must start
over again. The used of 'Copy & Paste' in the password fields is not permitted.
1. Click the Link https://password-reset.edukgroup.com/showLogin.cc to access the AD Self
Service Password Reset tool.
2. Click the Key Icon that indicates “Reset Password”.
3. Enter your Domain User Name and select the Domain Name Administration, write the
Captcha code you see in green that is automatically generated by the system; then click the
“Continue” button.
4. Answer 3 random security questions you specified when first enrolled.

5. Enter the Captcha code the system automatically generated and click the “Continue”
button.
6. Send the Verification code to the secondary email and enter the Captcha code the system
automatically generated.

The system will display a confirmation message as below.
7. Check the email with the verification code in your secondary email mailbox.
8. In the next window; enter the new password desired, repeat the new password to confirm

9. Enter the Captcha code the system automatically generated and click the “Reset Password”
button.
Reset password confirmation will be display.
Your also will received an email confirmation to your secondary email account.

How to Unlock Your Account The system will give you 2 minutes to complete this step, if time runs out you must start over again.
1. Click the Link https://password-reset.edukgroup.com/showLogin.cc to access the AD Self
Service Password Reset tool
2. Click the “Padlock” icon that indicates “Unlock Account”
3. Enter your Domain User Name and click the “Continue” button.
4. Answer the 3 security questions you specified when first enrolled.

5. Enter the Captcha code the system automatically generated. Then click the “Continue”
button.
6. Send the Verification code to the secondary email and enter the Captcha code the system
automatically generated.
7. Enter the Captcha code the system automatically generated. Then click the “Continue”
button.
The system will display a confirmation message as below.
8. Check the email with the verification code in your secondary email mailbox.

9. The link will redirect to the unlock account window, enter the Captcha code the system automatically generated and then click the “Unlock Account” button.

How to enroll in your mobile device – First time using the AD Self Service Plus
Download the AD Self-Service Plus for your mobile or tablet device using the following links:
Android or Table Apple (iphone/ipad)
Open the AD Self-Service Plus application on your device and press the Login button on the lower right side
If this is the first time using the AD Self-Service Plus application you will get the following screen and press OK

On the followings screen enter the following information and press the done button: Enable https = ON Server Name or IP Address = password-reset.edukgroup.com Port = 443
Enter your institutional email address, password and press the Login button on the top right side.
Important
First Time User Information
Will be required to enroll with Security Question(s) once change the password for the first time.

Password must be changed before logging on the first time.
You will see this message, press OK

Begins your Enrollment Choose the security questions and provide the desired answers and press the Enroll button.
IMPORTANT
To make the enrollment you must answer 5 question. The system will give you 2 pre-define security questions and you need to create 3 question by your own.
The system will request you to enter a secondo email address.

Once you complete the enrollment steps this message will be display on you mobile screen.
Password Reset or Account Unlock in your mobile device Note: You need to follow the same steps for both Password Reset or Account Unlock 1. Open the AD Self-Service Plus application on your
device and select the button of Change Password or
Unlock Account.

2. Enter the domain User Name and select Administration.
3. Answer the 3 validation questions.

4. Mark the option for Verification code to email
5. When you receives the Verification Code in the email

6. Enter the Verification Code you received in the email.
7. Write a new Password following the Security Policy 8. Password must follow the Security criteria’s.
