September enden wird, werden abschließend noch die geophysikalischen Arbeiten am Knipovich Rücken beendet werden. Fig. 1.1: Preliminary track of R/V Polarstern cruise PS100 starting in Tromsö on July 18 and returning to Tromsö on 6 September. The cruise will have 3 main work areas, namely i Fram Strait, ii. the shelf
of Northeast Greenland and iii. Knipovich Ridge south of Fram Strait.

7Be interlaboratory comparison study for GEOTRACES, iniYated by W. Geibert (AWI) in Jan. 2016, nearing compleYon
Claudia Ehlert (ICBM) parYcipated in the GEOTRACES dissolved Si isotope intercalibra#on organized by M. Brzezinski (USA).
The new trace metal clean roseYe and winch of Geomar, Kiel, were successfully used for trace metal sampling on the SE AtlanYc GEOTRACES cruise (GA-‐08).
Two new GEOTRACES reference samples for surface waters (SAG) and for deep waters near 2200 m (CAB) were collected in the SE AtlanYc. More than 500 x 0.5L samples were filtered, homogenized, acidified and boMled
Small dissolved REE intercomparison study published (iniYated by M. Behrens, ICBM) using new seaFAST method and deep water from SAFe (3000 m).
