TRAINING SESSION
ADMISSION TICKET• Admission Ticket is NOT required for
admission.• Do not collect at “check-in.” It contains
matching information used to fill out pg. 1 of the answer document.
• Room supervisors (proctors) collect Admission Tickets when rosters are collected.
TEST BOOKLETS• Security is of utmost importance• Test materials must NEVER be left
unattended. Keep test booklets away from doors and away from examinees in the test room before and after testing.
• Count your test booklets an sign the Test Booklet Count Form when you receive, and again when you return test materials
ADMIT EXAMINEES AND MARK ROSTER• If the room has more than 1 entrance, restrict
students to one designated entrance.• Admit examinees to the test room one-by-one,
checking identification at the door or podium.• Upon admittance, direct each examinee to a
specific seat. Separate students who you know are friends.
• Seat left-handed students (noted on your roster with “L” in the “LH” column in a back row or along a wall.

Current Official
Photo ID
• Current (not expired) AND
• Issued by a school or city/state/federal gov’t agency
• Shows examinee’s first and last name
• Is clearly recognizable
• Signature not required

• Examinees without acceptable ID may be admitted only if they are personally recognized face-to face, by a member of the current test date’s center staff (who may not be a relative); AND
• That staff member’s initials must be printed legibly beside the examinee’s name on the roster (without staff initials , personal recognition is invalid).
Send any student to the lab to see me if they bring any other form of ID or you are not sure if it is acceptable.
ALL STUDENTS MUST FACE THE SAME DIRECTION
EXTREME CARE MUST BE TAKE TO ENSURE THE EXACT TIME IS ALLOWED FOR EACH TEST
ODDS N ENDSBreak 10-15 between test 2-3. Classroom
cannot be left unattended. Breaks—proctors will try to break you 3x.
Please keep your break to 10’ each time so that everyone receives theirs.
DO NOT COLLECT CELL PHONES—THE MUST BE TURNED OFF AND UNDERNEATH THE DESK.
Each examinee is responsible for ensuring their calculators meet ACT standards. Announce/Post list of prohibited calculators.
