- The Opportunity The economic recession of the recent years has

Wales The financial crisis of 2007 to the present was triggered by
a liquidity shortfall in the United States banking system. In many

- Current Climate The U.S. Federal Reserve Open Market Committee
Release of June 2009 stated: Economic projections from the Federal
Reserve and Reserve Bank Presidents include a return to typical
growth levels (GDP) of 2-3% in 2010; an unemployment plateau in
2009 and 2010 around 10% with moderation in 2011; and inflation
that remains at typical levels around 1-2%. The increase in the
value of stocks, is a first indication of the up swing of the US
economy. A stronger economy would lead to an increased demand for
residential and commercial properties. Higher occupancy rates would
mean increased returns on real estate investments and resale
values. This is a great time for the investor to purchase real
estate assets at prices below their true market values.
