The PAC Charter contains the rules and operating procedures for the PAC. According to the Charter, the PAC Board is composed of no less than five members which shall include the President of the ACCCA Board or their designee, the Chair of the CFLA and at least two other members appointed by the PAC Board President. Officers of the PAC shall include the Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer who are confirmed annually, along with the members, at the semi-annual PAC Board meeting held in conjunction with the ACCCA Board Planning meeting. The PAC Board meets at least twice annually. In February at the ACCCA conference, and in June at the Board Planning meeting. The Committee may convene by phone as frequently as deemed necessary by the PAC President. The concurrence of the PAC Board is needed before PAC funds may be expended by the Treasurer for purposes for which the PAC was organized. Meeting Dates 2019-20
