ATHLETIC COMMUNITY

CENTRES [ACC] Is a non-profit organization that delivers programs for

children, youth, and adults to help develop and improve athletic skills and abilities.

OUR MISSIONIs to promote health and enhance athletic performance through proper movement

WHAT WE DOACC partners with communities and organizations to develop

physical literacy programs for children ages 3-12 years old and strength and conditioning programs for 13 years or older.

PHYSICAL LITERACYJust like reading and writing, children

need to learn how to move!

WHY WE DO ITBecause we know that being physically active later in life

depends on feeling confident in an activity setting; and that confidence, as an adult, most often comes from having learned

fundamental movement and sport skills as a child.

FUN-DAMENTALS for SUCCESS

competition and recovery pathway that guides an individual’s experience in

sport and physical activity.
