This is the speech of the our National President Sri.Ramchandrarao Lingojirao Uttarkar from Mysore at the 12th National Conference of All India Bhavsar Kshatriya Mahasabha held on 20th May,1939 at Bombay (now Mumbai) which was held at Mahajan Wadi, a newly constructed building built with the support of prosperous Bhavasars.
