Terms of Sale:
Considering that:

cycle of birds for the first delivery, with the ensuing deliveries being set weekly thereafter.
2. The growth and breeding cycles, in relationship to the slaughter, packaging, freezing
and delivery, are the most labor intensive, and subject to feed stock market availability
and price volatility. All of which contribute to about seventy five percent (75%) of the order
specific costs incurred prior to the bird having being brought to slaughter.
3. The quality control pertaining to achieving the nutritional standard, health integrity, and
muscle tone and tenderness for highest quality and taste is most demanding during the
growth cycle as well, and necessary to protect the chicks from bacteria, epidemics, and
loss of vigor. Abbiatti Farm therefore adheres to the following terms of sale, in order to
protect the clients’ interests and ensure end user loyalty:

indexed to the increase in the price of poultry feed stock being higher than ten
(10%) percent at time of delivery, in relation to the reference feed stock price at
time of, and listed in, contract.
8. The inflation indexed price increase applies only to the component of the
price which is sixty (60%) percent of the above quoted prices. The
computational formula for items 1 and 2 above is provided for in the contract,
where applicable.
