The Tri Mandala are: Nista Mandala, the outer zone; Madya Mandala the middle zone; Utama Mandala, the innermost sacred zone.

The Botanica Collection

The Botanica collection of 56 bespoke private pool villas was launched in 2005. Phases I & II comprise seven and �ve private residences in a secure, resort-style community in Layan. Following the success of the �rst two phases, construction of Phase III is underway. Phase IV is the latest addition to the collection of bespoke Botanica pool villas, available o� the plan with special furniture packages.
