So what is this My Millennium thing, anyway?
search for and request books from the catalog,download electronic course reserves,access material in Digital Commons,check your library record and renew checked-out
materials,set up recurring catalog searches,and maintain a history of previously checked-out
items,
without constantly having to retype your name and barcode!
To get started, head to the HELIN catalog and log in at the My Library
Account link.
Click here to begin!
Next, type in your name and barcode number,
then click the submit button (same as ever).
Type your name here,
your barcode here,And click
here.
To renew, check the box next to the item(s), then click the appropriate Renew Button
(Renew All or Renew Selected).
Check off here.
Click.
The screen will then reflect whether or not your renewal attempts were
successful (these were).
Renewed!
Need to search the HELIN catalog? Click either the New Search or Search
Catalog button…

Speaking of searches, do you have authors
or subjects you search for often?
If so, you can use My Millennium to set up a Preferred Search, which will allow you save those frequent search topics with the touch of a button.
No more having to key in your search terms every time you want to look them up, saving you time and letting you place holds on the items in question that much quicker.
Now when you log in to My Millennium, the Preferred Searches button will
show you your saved searches

You can also be alerted of new library materials that match your search by
checking the Mark for Email box.

You can also use My Millennium to keep track of library materials you
checked out in the past.
The My Reading History function allows you to look back over past check-outs, making it easier to find and re-request something you may need for further research or for bibliographic information.
This feature is not automatically turned on for privacy law reasons, so you’ll need to click the Opt In button before My Reading History will work.
Click the Opt In button to start having My Reading History keep track of your
past check-outs.
Click.
You can also send your history to email, screen, or disk by clicking the
Export Reading History link.
