Walking on WednesdaysIt’s important for us to take care of ourselves, but sometimes we get too busy to take care of our physical bodies, so a group of adults have been meeting each Wednesday morning to get moving! We meet at the Panera entrance of Crabtree Valley Mall at 9:15 am, open with a prayer, and begin our walk through the mall. All ages and fitness levels are invited to participate, and friends are welcome!
