Ingredients: Specialty Grains
Pilsen Malt – 1 lbs
Acidulated Malt – 8 oz
Crystal 20L – 10 oz
White Wheat – 10 oz
Liquid Malt Extract (LME)
Pilsen Malt Extract - 11 lbs
Wheat Malt Extract – 1 lbs 2 oz
Hops & Additives
First Hops: Sterling – 0.8 oz
Second Hops: Sterling - 0.5 oz
Third Hops: Sterling –1 oz
Additive: 1 Tablet of Whirlfloc; ½ tsp of Yeast Nutrients
*This is a good recipe to add fruit puree

Time | Steps:
Pre-Boil | Start a 15min timer then steep the Specialty Grain in hot water. After 15min | Remove Specialty Grains and add the LME, then bring to a boil. First Boil | Set a 30min timer then add your First Hops. After 30min | Set a 20min timer then add the Second Hops. After 20min | Set a 10min timer then add the Third Hops, Additives, and the LME. After 10min | Turn off the steam and create a whirlpool. Wrap Up | Cool the wort and transfer to a fermenter. Add the Yeast.

Traditional Saison
