viewing the Exhibitor Service Manual, and other order forms.
Available booths are shown in blue; booths already sold are shown in red (the name of the exhibitor will show when you mouse over
the booth.)
The Exhibitor Service Center can be accessed through our main conference website at www.cgsm.org and clicking Orientation Program link. Then click on OP 2015 from the menu and Corporate Partner/Exhibitor Registration from the menu on the left side of the page.

An important facet of our Annual Orientation Program is the Career Forum. This event allows partnering companies the exclusive
opportunity to interview and network with new students for internship positions, second year students for career opportunities and
alumni who may be seeking employment or job transitions.
Here are tips for your OP Preparation to utilize our partnership to the fullest extent:
Fellowships are awarded in March and resumes of new students are available on The Consortium’s website by mid
May. We suggest that you explore the database to identify potential internship hires and contact these students
before the OP.
Use CGSM Online to reach out to students prior to the conference by letting them know you will be participating in OP
events and welcome them to The Consortium family. Targeted e-mail blasts need to be submitted to CGSM by May 29,
2015. *
Select the students whom you feel will best fit your organization’s environment. Let them know you plan to attend OP
and invite them to attend special events you will be sponsoring during the conference.
Invite them to visit your booth during the Career Forum, attend a panel on which your organization may be represented
or attend your sponsored private reception (if applicable).
Be sure to allow The Consortium alumni to recruit and represent your organization, as they will make a positive first
impression among the students.
We encourage the presence of your diversity and college relations officers and staffing executives, as well as your
senior level-hiring managers.
Keep the communications lines open. Invite targeted students to your campus for summer camps or other recruiting events to assist them in becoming familiar with your organization’s environment.
To Search Resumes:
Go to www.cgsm.org and click “Login to CGSM Online,” and select “Corporate Partners” to login. Corporate partners who do not have an existing account may create a new account by selecting “1st Time Users: Create a New Account” on the login screen. To search student resumes, select “Search Candidates” in the “Resume Database Subscriptions” section. Please contact Jeffrey Farris at farrisj@cgsm.org or 636-681-5452 for additional help.
Access the user’s guide from the “Important Messages” section of the dashboard.
Posting Jobs
To create a new job posting, select “Post a New Job” in the “Job Postings” section of the dashboard. Follow the steps and enter all
applicable information.
Job Postings need to be completed online by May 29, 2015.
* NOTE: Format targeted e-mail communications in HTML or TXT. They can include links and word document attachments. No images
or logos are permitted if they are not formatted to HTML.
NOTE: E-mail blasts on-site (after June 5, 2015) may not be available, as staff and computer access are limited.

Among the financial activities that a corporate finance department is involved with are capital investment decisions. Should a proposed
investment be made? How should the company pay for it; with equity or with debt, or combination of both? Should shareholders be
offered dividends on their investment in the company? These are just some of the questions a corporate financial officer attempts to
answer on a consistent basis. Short-term issues include the management of current assets and current liabilities, inventory control,
investments and other short-term financial issues. Long-term issues include new capital purchases and investments.
