• Rainbow tracing the 40 words – for the younger learners that are just beginning to write. Large open letters, 2 cards/words per page. There is a dot and an arrow on each letter to sho where to start, and the direction to trace.

• Making the letters for each of the 40 words with a cotton swab dipped in paint or liquid watercolor. The dots that make up the letters are small enough to be challenging for Pre-K agers that are finessing their fine motor skills. Three cards to a page – offer various colors..

• The third activity offers a full page for each of the 40 words for children that are ready to trace individual letters on the lines. Three ways to trace – single words with no upper and lower guide lines, single words with 2 guiding lines, and tracing the word in a meaningful short sentence or phrase, with 3 guiding lines. There is also an interesting illustration of each sentence to discuss and color if desired.
